Full Time Product Data Management Executive (Temp | Immediate - 3MTHS) Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,600 in PET LOVERS CENTRE PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Role Description:

• Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, make sure landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets.
• Encompass all product management in Singapore.
• Prepare goods purchase order and landed cost as per supplier’s invoice.
• Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers.
• Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks.
• Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant department.
• Calculate Landed Cost per order and update system.
• Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks.
• Feedback for any discrepancies when goods are received.
• Create adjustment for purchase order when require.
• Request Barcodes printing when require.
• Update stock status in the system.
• Request photo taking for new products.
• Clear outstanding purchase orders and sorting of documents
• Create new products from both house brands and local suppliers in the system.
• Update internet information for new products.
• Prepare EAN barcode information for new products.
• Vet through new products when goods arrived in HQ and update product information accurately in the system.
• Maintain accurate product information in the system and update when necessary.
• Allocate stock to franchises.
• Send billing/credit note to accounts for direct delivery order to franchises.
• Prepare monthly franchises shipment summary.
• Prepare quarterly house brand and exclusive brands summary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties and back up duties/or projects assigned by the management.

Role Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Product Management experience, preferably in retail industry
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand what will appeal to customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented, organized, meticulous with problem solving skills
• High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player: ability to work well with employees at all levels
• A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
