Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for an on-site role located in Subang Jaya. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, including managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, representing the company at client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, conduct market analysis, and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Knowledge of telecommunications or system engineering industries
  • Analytical skills, market research capabilities, and strategic planning experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience may also be considered
  • Knowledge of managed services and existing connections with telecommunication industry stakeholders is an advantage
