• Minimum NTC, NITEC or Technical Trade Certificate
• Preferably with class 2 and 3 driving licence
• Assist Head of Department in supervising daily workshop activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Liaise with Business Units to coordinate workshop repair jobs and manage vehicle turnaround time
• Handle vehicle accident repairs and claims
• Ensure all vehicles are repaired in accordance with quality, safety and operational standards before release
• Handle customer/driver complaints or issues
• Liaise between workshop and customers to communicate technical information
• Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
