Job Summary

Provide professional beauty and wellness treatments tailored to customer needs while managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting daily outlet operations in a clean, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty and wellness treatments based on customers’ individual needs to ensure satisfaction and safety
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments efficiently to optimize service flow
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation for treatment history and follow-up
• Conduct thorough pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations to assess customer conditions and treatment outcomes
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide clear, appropriate recommendations to enhance their experience
• Recommend suitable retail products and services to customers to support their wellness goals
• Assist with stock checking and inventory replenishment to maintain adequate supplies
• Ensure treatment rooms and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained to meet hygiene standards
• Support daily outlet operations by performing administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth functioning
