Based in Singapore, this versatile Program and Event Coordinator ensures the seamless execution of executive development programs by managing end-to-end logistics, from designing schedules and digital learning portals to overseeing program budgets and guest speaker arrangements. The role requires a proactive approach to supporting faculty and participants before, during, and after delivery—including occasional evening and weekend work—while also spearheading event coordination and providing ad-hoc administrative support as needed.


skills and experience required

• A degree in Business Administration, or Hospitality Management / Event Management experience would be preferred.

• Experience with a client-facing role, and great communication and presentation skills would be required
