Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and production processes
• Analyze workflow, equipment performance, and production data to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects
• Assist in commissioning, validation, and process qualification activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum [1] years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and engineering principles
• Familiarity with CAD software, PLC systems, or automation is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [specific industry: semiconductor / pharmaceutical / oil & gas / food manufacturing / electronics / construction, etc.]
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
