Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise construction site activities to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion
• Track and report site progress to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Liaise with clients, construction management, consultants, project teams, site staff, and contractors to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Organize and lead regular site meetings and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and contractual compliance
• Interpret construction drawings and calculations to manage site materials and work plans effectively
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to monitor work plans, claims, and variations orders (VO)
• Identify, manage, and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays
• Report site matters and progress updates to the project manager clearly and accurately
• Attend on-site meetings and enforce safe work procedures to ensure compliance with client, regulatory, environmental, safety, and health requirements
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Project Management
• Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills applied to understanding construction drawings and project documentation
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Hands-on approach to managing construction site activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• BCSS Certification is an advantage

• Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
