Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee quality management systems, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Monitor and evaluate product and service quality to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent high standards
- Analyze quality data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and enforce quality policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to verify compliance and identify risks or gaps in quality processes
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality and accountability
- Report quality performance metrics and improvement outcomes to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Utilize quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and statistical process control to measure and improve quality performance
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and enhance operational processes
- Manage risk management frameworks and documentation control systems to maintain quality compliance
- Use quality-related software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Lead teams effectively, conduct training sessions, and influence cross-functional collaboration to achieve quality objectives
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and documentation control systems
- Proficiency in quality-related software and reporting tools
