QC Technician

Our client is a chemical specialty manufacturingcompany. They are currently seeking for QC Technician. 

The role of the QC Technician includes:

·      Conduct analytical and practical investigationsrelated to polyurethane systems using a range of laboratory instrumentation,including potentiometric titration systems, gas chromatographs, FTIRspectrometers, Karl Fischer analyzers, atomic absorption spectroscopyequipment, and mechanical testing machines.

·      Perform technical assessments of completedproducts through specialized application-testing equipment and replicateend-user manufacturing or processing conditions for evaluation purposes.

·      Handle routine servicing, verification, andcalibration of laboratory apparatus to ensure operational reliability andcompliance.

·      Maintain accurate and organized records foranalytical data, instrument status, inventory usage, and laboratory materials.

·      Manage samples in accordance with establishedoperating procedures and internal quality standards.

·      Support workplace safety initiatives andmaintain cleanliness and orderliness within the laboratory environment.

·      Undertake additional responsibilities orassignments as delegated by supervisory personnel when necessary.

Job Requirement:

• ITE/Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
• 1-2 years experience in chemical/ petrochemical industry
