Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, based in Georgetown with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and generate leads, engage in outbound outreach efforts, and qualify prospects for potential business opportunities. Your daily tasks will include managing new business pipelines, booking meetings with decision-makers, communicating the value proposition of XpandEast’s solutions, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, with demonstrated success in meeting targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and communicate effectively with virtual and in-office teams.
- Regional knowledge of Southeast Asia markets and multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with multi-channel outreach methods (e.g., LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
