Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Physiotherapist position based in Kota Damansara. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and execute rehabilitation programs tailored to patients’ needs to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical functionality. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting physical therapy sessions, educating patients on self-care and exercise routines, keeping detailed patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans. The Physiotherapist will also engage in health education and wellness consultation as part of the hospital’s commitment to preventative medicine.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assessing patient conditions and developing personalized physiotherapy plans
• Hands-on experience in conducting physical therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and mobility training
• Strong communication and patient education skills to provide clear guidance on exercises and therapies
• A collaborative attitude to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and allied healthcare staff
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of advanced treatment technologies and methods in rehabilitation and recovery
• Empathy, attention to detail, and understanding of holistic patient care
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting (preferred but not mandatory)
