Sales Support Executive – Marine

• Work Location: Tuas, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 7.30am – 5pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

This organization is a long‑established engineering service provider specializing in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for critical machinery used in marine, offshore, energy, and industrial applications. With decades of experience, it has built a reputation for technical expertise, reliability, and global service coverage.

Responsibility

• Customer Support – Manage customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective responses to service requests.

• Quotation & Order Management – Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate service orders with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams.

• Invoicing & Payment – Generate invoices on time and support the Sales Team in facilitating early payment collection.

• Vendor & Internal Coordination – Liaise with vendors for parts procurement and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Problem Resolution – Address issues related to quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing, ensuring timely resolution.

• Ad‑hoc Duties – Perform additional tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager to support overall business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales quotation, customer administration, or commercial support (handling quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing)
• Strong interpersonal skills for well communications.
• Familiarity with ERP or invoicing systems is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
