Technical Sales Engineer – Marine

• Work Location: Tuas, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $5000 +Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB) + Allowance
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Sales & Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.

• Customer Engagement – Build strong client relationships, understand technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions with proposals and presentations.

• Technical Support – Provide product consultation, assist in troubleshooting, and ensure customer specifications are met in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Order Coordination – Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

• Reporting & Market Insights – Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Ad‑hoc Duties – Support management with additional tasks and contribute to overall team objectives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in marine/ oil & gas / Industrial Sectors
• Strong interpersonal skills for well communications.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
