- Manage airline bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements
- Work with customers and contractors to organize shipments
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and provide timely updates
- Work closely with internal operations teams to meet customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate shipment data and system updates
- Liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers and customs for shipment coordination
- Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly
- Support month-end operational targets and job completion
- Coordinate with billing team for job closure and invoicing
- Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues
- Support service improvement initiatives within the team
- Perform other duties assigned by management
*Working Hours: 5.5 days shift work
