Responsibilities
Job scope
Liaise with customers / suppliers / forwarders
Provide sales and admin support to the sales teams
Issuing of purchase requistion, purchase orders, invoices
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
General admin duties and any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
No experience welcome as training will be provided
Able to communicate in English
Must be willing to learn Passionate, energetic with pleasant personality and positive thinking
Able to work in fast paced environment
Able to multi-tasks and not calculative and a team player
