Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Service Sales Manager to join our team on-site in Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling STATWORKS' technical solutions, establishing and cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential customers, understanding their technical requirements, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and managing sales cycles to drive revenue growth. Collaborating with technical teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction during and after project implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Technical Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics, and the application of these technologies in business solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts to prospective clients
• Demonstrated experience in working with large-scale data-driven organizations
• Proficiency in tools related to data analytics, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience working within the Southeast Asian market is an advantage
