We are looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist with strong exposure to enterprise banking applications and production support environments.

The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate banking systems, reconciliation workflows, incident management, and enterprise application support within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide production support for enterprise banking applications
• Analyse and resolve application incidents and production issues
• Perform root cause analysis and support system enhancements
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Support testing, deployment, and post-release activities
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders in Agile environments

Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience
• Strong experience in application support within banking or financial services environments
• Experience in corporate banking or reconciliation-related applications
• Hands-on experience in Java, VB.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM MQ, and API integration
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in nostro reconciliation or transaction matching systems
• Exposure to enterprise incident/problem management processes
• Experience working in regulated financial environments
