- Prior experience in retail sales or promoter role is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers in-store
- Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
- Ensure products are well displayed and stock levels are maintained
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally
- Submit daily sales reports and attendance records
- Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, or events when required
