Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, Interior Design, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management. 
  • Candidates with banking Relationship Manager, property sales, interior design sales, renovation sales, or retail sales experience are encouraged to apply. 
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven mindset. 
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. 
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required. 
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and manage renovation projects from consultation to completion. You will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring excellent client experience throughout the renovation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients for residential, commercial, and renovation projects. 
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, property agents, developers, social media, and strategic partnerships. 
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations to understand client renovation needs. 
  • Prepare and present renovation proposals, quotations, and project packages. 
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
  • Follow up consistently on inquiries, quotations, and potential projects to maximize conversion rates. 

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients before, during, and after project completion. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the renovation journey. 
  • Understand clients’ budgets, timelines, and expectations to provide suitable solutions. 
  • Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally. 
  • Encourage repeat business and referrals. 

Project Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Coordinate with interior designers, project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients. 
  • Arrange site visits, measurements, and project discussions. 
  • Support quotations, agreements, invoices, and payment collections. 

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and project status. 
  • Prepare sales pipeline reports and activity updates. 
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.
