This is a contract on-site role for a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) professional located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing and maintaining configuration management processes and systems, ensuring the integrity of configuration data, analyzing and improving configuration workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support IT service management and program initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in configuration management best practices and contribute to effective product lifecycle oversight.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management and Software Configuration Management
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management processes and methodologies
• Solid foundation in IT Service Management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Strong understanding of Program Management and ability to oversee interconnected projects
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant CMDB certifications or equivalent experience is required
• Familiarity with tools and software used for configuration management is an advantage
