Be our Executive, Retail Leasing

The Executive, Retail Leasing plays a key role in CompAsia’s growth by supporting new store openings from start to finish. You’ll be involved in sourcing and securing tenancies, managing landlord enquiries, and ensuring all leasing documentation is accurate and completed on time. Beyond paperwork, you’ll coordinate fit‑out requirements, liaise with legal and internal teams, and keep projects on track against tight deadlines.

Roles:

• Assist in sourcing and securing tenancy from landlords to meet store opening targets.
• Assist in leasing enquiries and compile information from potential landlords
• Assist in all documentation to meet target timeline externally and internally
• Ensure that all leasing documentations are in good order & liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements
• Securing landlord fit out requirements and following up on timeline requirements
• Assist in driving project management from end to end and adhering to tight dateline

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in any marketing or management field.
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in retail mall management or other tenancy-related fields.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Well-organized, meticulous, punctual and willing to learn
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking with rational
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
