Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kota Kemuning. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive sales growth across various industrial sectors. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a sales team, providing solutions to clients' needs, meeting revenue targets, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial products, specifically pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment, is highly desirable.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
