What to expect:
- Support the implementation of the Academy’s capability development blueprint and provide secretariat support for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) framework.
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of Academy budgets and training funds to ensure effective resource utilisation.
- Manage Learning & Development systems, including Workday and LEARN, to support training operations and user engagement.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to support learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive Academy automation initiatives through AI tool integration and coordinate Brown Bag Sessions and knowledge-sharing programmes.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Minimum Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in leadership development, organisation development, or human resource development.
- Strong budget management and data analytics skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (Workday, LEARN).
