TWG Tea sources, blends, designs, manufactures, packs and distributes high quality loose and packaged teas, teabags, tea accessories, tea infused patisseries and gourmet products, showcased in our own directly operated and uniquely designed TWG Tea salons, boutiques and retail counters, and distributed to a network of wholesale luxury hotel and restaurant customers throughout Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe.

TWG Tea is expanding its business and is looking for energetic, innovative and committed candidates with relevant experience to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with IT equipment stock count and maintain proper inventory records
• Support clean-up and organisation of the IT stock room
• Perform documentation and simple data migration related to IT equipment
• Provide basic support in issue ticket logging, tracking, and escalation
• Participate in shift duties to assist with day-to-day IT operational support
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Candidate would be able to commit for a minimum period of 3 to 6 months.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and equipment handling
• Detail-oriented and organised with good documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and support operational IT tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
