PowTech Solution Hiring! Full Time Salesforce System Analyst in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Salesforce System Analyst to support the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based solutions within a large multinational enterprise environment. The candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned to operational goals across APAC.

This role sits within a structured IT delivery function supporting commercial, customer operations, or life sciences business units, with exposure to regional stakeholders across Southeast Asia.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across commercial, operations, or customer service functions
• Produce functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents for Salesforce enhancements and new feature rollouts
• Facilitate requirement workshops and user story grooming sessions with business owners and IT leads
• Perform gap analysis between current Salesforce configurations and evolving business needs
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test script preparation, defect tracking, and sign-off coordination
• Liaise with Salesforce Admins and developers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into system design
• Maintain and update system documentation, functional design documents (FDDs), and change request logs
• Assist in data migration analysis, integration mapping, and third-party system touchpoint reviews
• Support change management activities including training material preparation and end-user communication
• Work closely with regional IT and global Salesforce COE teams where applicable

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Salesforce functional analyst or business analyst role
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD documentation, and process modelling (BPMN or similar)
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement programs in a project delivery context
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, object relationships, and standard configuration concepts (fields, page layouts, flows, reports)
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong stakeholder communication skills; ability to manage expectations across business and IT
• Experience working in MNC or regulated industry environments (pharma, manufacturing, financial services, or telco) is an advantage
