ANOTECH New Opportunity – Cost Estimator

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Local candidates)

Industry: O&G,

Experience: >8years

Contract: Long-term contract

Responsibilities:

- Develop cost estimates for EPC FPSO projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs

- Analyze project specifications and requirements to accurately estimate costs

- Perform manhour quantity analysis to determine labor requirements and optimize resource allocation

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates

- Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed

- Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements

- Prepare and present cost estimates to clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost estimation for FPSO projects

- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices

- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of manhour quantity analysis and cost control techniques
