Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Product Expertise & Ownership
- Become the internal expert on assigned products
- Understand and communicate their technical features and business value
- Act as the go-to person for all product-related matters
2. Sales Enablement & Support
- Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools to sell effectively
- Run training sessions and enablement programs
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, sellable messaging
3. Revenue & Growth Focus
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption
- Support sales teams in driving pipeline and closing deals
- Actively contribute to business growth and revenue expansion
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal sales teams and stakeholders
- Provide feedback from the field to refine positioning and strategy

Requirements:
Key Requirements:
- Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly build deep technical understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to train, influence, and support sales teams
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile:
- Min 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales enablement, or product specialist roles
- Background in technology, semiconductors, or related industries
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Other information:
- 5 days' work week (Monday - Friday)- 9am to 6pm
- KL Office is located at Levels 10,11,12 Equatorial Plaza
