ANOTECH New Opportunity – Cost Estimation Lead

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Industry: O&G,

Experience: >15years

Contract: Long-term contract

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of estimators in developing cost estimates for EPC FPSO projects

- Oversee the analysis of project specifications and requirements to accurately estimate costs

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on cost estimates

- Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed

- Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements

- Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in cost estimation for EPC FPSO projects

- Proven experience leading a team of estimators

- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices

- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of manhour quantity analysis and cost control techniques
