- Key contact person to SSE & SE
- Primary contact for in-store activation planning and execution
- Manage Itinerary and coordinate according to the plan
- Monitor SSE, SE execution
- MBB, OSA, Perfect Store & Promo Compliances
- Daily monitoring for SSE & SE journey plan pattern
- Monitor & maintain daily task reporting are accurate
- Plan necessary training (field visit coaching or group training)
- Monitor discipline and work ethics make sure all SOP is followed
- Manage stock & premium arrangement (for monthly sales)
- To conduct monthly cascade meeting with ULM, SSE & SE
- Continuous to drive project effectiveness and productivity
- Having weekly meetings with OM (update & review on each region performance, or any outlet issue)
