Clarity Techworks Hiring! Full Time Product Manager in Johor - Ricebowl

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help design, deliver, and scale user-focused

products across the Rapidz ecosystem, including crypto payments, crypto card products,

on/off-ramp infrastructure, stablecoin-powered money movement, Rapidz Money, and

core Web2 financial experiences.

This role is based in Malaysia and will support our expanding user base across Southeast

Asia. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing,

Compliance, and Operations to turn complex fintech and crypto flows into simple, reliable,

and user-friendly product experiences.

What you will do

Product Discovery & Planning

Understand user needs, market gaps, business goals, and operational requirements, then

translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities.

End-to-End Product Ownership

Own product initiatives from idea to launch, including discovery, requirements gathering,

design reviews, technical alignment, QA support, rollout planning, and post-launch

improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with Engineering, Design, QA, Growth, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and

partners to deliver products that are technically sound, compliant, market-ready, and easy to

use.

Payments, Cards & Crypto Product Delivery

Support product development across crypto cards, wallets, on/off-ramp journeys, payment

acceptance, rewards, onboarding, KYC flows, and B2B financial products.

Market & User Insight

Stay close to fintech, crypto, stablecoin, card, and payments trends, using market research,

analytics, and customer feedback to guide product decisions.

Communication & Execution

Create clear PRDs, user flows, release notes, stakeholder updates, and launch plans to keep

teams aligned and ensure smooth delivery.

What we are looking for

2–4 years of product management experience

Ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, crypto, financial services, or digital platforms.

Strong product delivery skills

Proven ability to ship software products in a fast-paced environment.

Good product fundamentals

Strong understanding of user journeys, requirements, prioritisation, agile delivery, and

product analytics.

Cross-functional mindset

Experience working with Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and

business teams.

Clear communication

Able to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical and user-focused

Comfortable using data, customer feedback, and business goals to make product decisions.

Nice to have

Experience with crypto wallets, stablecoins, on/off-ramp products, card issuing, payment

gateways, digital banking, B2B fintech, or SEA markets.
