Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Intern role based in Puchong. The Technical Intern will provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CCTV and ICT networking products. Daily tasks include hardware and software configuration, assisting in site surveys, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting the team in product testing and demonstrations. Additionally, the intern will liaise with clients to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems, ICT networking solutions, or hardware and software configuration
- Skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing technical issues, and offering solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining technical documentation
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with an interest in developing knowledge of security and IT products
- Enthusiasm for on-site work and the ability to perform site surveys and physical installations
- Pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus
- Relevant certifications in technical networking or CCTV systems are an advantage
