Job Scope:
Recruitment
Pioneering initial implementation of project, not limited to recruitment and selection in accordance to key milestones.
Pro-active and creative candidate sourcing
Effective screening and assessment of candidates to contribute to full placement rate
Offer management
Client Management
Full spectrum account management
Support in development and execution of Client Business Plan
Periodic operational reviews with key stakeholders
Associate Management
Perform onboarding procedures including contract administration, coordinate induction / briefing / training, issue work tools
Performance review and disciplinary matters
Execute associate retention and welfare activities
Respond and manage associate queries pertaining to employment
Operations Management
Operational point of contact
Monitor and ensure delivery of services to scope
Manage out of scope requests and situations
On-site presence (scheduled / unscheduled) as and when appropriate
Facilitate instant and accurate exchange and transfer of information with clients and associates
Identify improvement and enhancement of work processes, policies and plans
Create and maintain systematic documentation and records
Provide accurate and timely pay / bill information
Manage escalation
Responsible for fulfilling all management information reporting requests by client
Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
Business Development
Active prospecting and lead generation (new clients or candidate referrals)
Gather and share market intelligence to support development of new service
Finance
Managing invoicing process to ensure timely AR collections
Good understanding of project / service costing
Profit and Loss responsibilities
Requirements:
1. Good stakeholder management (Internal & Clients)
2. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexible working arrangements (including weekends)
