We are looking for a skilled and experienced EUC Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-user computing support, troubleshooting, and customer service. What You'll Do:
Provide technical support for end-user devices and applications
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently

Assist users with account management and access issues
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance user experience
Document procedures and create user manuals as needed
Train end-users on new technologies and tools

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or related field
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and common software applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
Experience with remote support tools is a plus
