Human Resources & Bookkeeping Support Executive (2–5 Years Experience)
Location: Mid Valley/Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting directly to the CEO, we seek a cheerful and a reliable HR & Bookkeeping Support Executive to join our growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources
· Coordinate and manage staff development programs
· Coordinate and assist with onboarding
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation
· Support payroll preparation and leave management
· Assess and report staff attendance
· Help organize employee engagement activities
Bookkeeping & Admin Support
· Maintain bookkeeping entries
· Support monthly financial reporting reconciliation
· Assist Accounts Executive with financial reporting
Requirements
· 2–5 years of experience in HR
· An adequate knowledge of Malaysian labor laws
· Comfortable with financial data entry
· Willingness to learn basic bookkeeping processes if required
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Professional qualification in Human Resources
