We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team and work closely with the Business Development Manager in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This role offers valuable exposure and hands-on experience in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and contributing to the overall commercial success of MEGA BiO-LiFE.
Job SummaryAs a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities include:
- Drive revenue growth by managing opportunities within existing accounts and actively building a strong new-customer pipeline to achieve sales targets for MEGA BiO-LiFE.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), identify customer needs, and deliver tailored, value-based solutions.
- Execute strategic business plans developed with the Head of Marketing and support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, design, regulatory, supply chain, etc.) to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and activities.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and sell-in data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend action plans.
- Support monthly sales forecasting and provide updates on stock movement and market demand to ensure smooth inventory planning.
- Assist in managing A&P spending and ensure marketing activities are executed within approved budgets.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to secure profitable agreements while maintaining healthy margins.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to address challenges, strengthen partnerships, and explore growth opportunities.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with healthcare product advertising regulations and company policies.
Qualification & ExperienceApplications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; marketing or science background preferred.
- 2–3 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare, health supplements, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Experience in both sales and marketing exposure is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in managing key accounts or handling healthcare professionals (HCPs) will be beneficial.
