Senior Network Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Package: SGD 90,000 – SGD 110,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of network and IT infrastructure projects within an active construction-stage environment.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing construction-phase infrastructure deployment projects, including network rollout, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, server room setup, and enterprise IT infrastructure implementation for newly built facilities or large-scale environments.

This role requires strong coordination across contractors, vendors, consultants, and technical teams to ensure infrastructure deployment aligns with construction milestones and operational readiness timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and IT infrastructure projects within active construction or build-phase environments.
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to align IT deployment with project construction schedules.
• Oversee deployment and implementation of:
• Enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Structured cabling systems
• Wi-Fi and wireless infrastructure
• MDF/IDF setup
• Server room / data centre infrastructure
• Firewalls and network security devices
• Drive project planning, implementation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover activities.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalation activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct site coordination meetings and ensure all deployment activities comply with technical and safety requirements.
• Ensure vendors and contractors deliver according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Provide regular project reporting and stakeholder updates.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network project management.
• Proven experience supporting projects during construction stage / build phase / ground-zero deployment is a MUST.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Network infrastructure rollout
• Structured cabling projects
• Wi-Fi deployment
• Server room / data centre setup
• Enterprise IT infrastructure implementation
• Experience coordinating with:
• Main contractors
• Cabling vendors
• Site operations teams
• Multiple technical stakeholders
• Good understanding of:
• LAN/WAN
• Network switching & routing
• Firewalls
• Wireless infrastructure
• Structured cabling standards
• Comfortable working onsite within fast-paced project environments.

Additional Information

Due to hiring quota considerations, successful incumbent should be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Candidates with experience managing network infrastructure deployment during active construction stages will be highly preferred.
