We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth and secure system performance across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and maintaining stable IT infrastructure in a dynamic working environment.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As part of the IT team, you will provide technical support, manage system operations, and ensure hardware, software, and network systems run efficiently with minimal downtime. ️
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES️ IT Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Respond to IT support tickets and service requests
- Assist users with system setup, installations, and configurations
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure performance
- Support system updates, patching, and upgrades
- Maintain backup, recovery, and system security procedures
- Ensure system stability and uptime
Network & Device Management
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues
- Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and office devices
- Coordinate hardware setup, repairs, and replacements
- Work with vendors for technical support and maintenance
- Ensure secure and efficient IT infrastructure
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation
- Record technical issues and solutions in helpdesk systems
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Support IT reporting and compliance requirements
- Improve IT knowledge base and processes

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Active Directory is an advantage
