We are looking for an experiencedIT Business Analystto support enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into functional solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in business analysis, SDLC processes, stakeholder management, and enterprise application projects. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and engineering teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Support project scoping, prioritization, and impact assessment activities.
• Ensure requirements traceability and proper handover to development teams.
• Assist in process improvement and business application enhancement initiatives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect clarification, and validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain project and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge-sharing activities.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, and governance standards.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience working on enterprise application and software development projects.
• Good understanding of:
  • SDLC processes
  • Agile methodologies
  • Business analysis best practices
    
    
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including:
  • SELECT, WHERE, ORDER BY, GROUP BY
  • JOINs and subqueries
  • Aggregate functions
    
    
• Experience working with developers, engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
