Worldtech Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Business Development Manager / Account Managers to support our business growth. This role is open to professionals with pre-sales/ technical/ software solution-selling experience candidates, who have proven track record on End-User and/or Channel Sales.
This role combining account management and solution upselling, working closely with Presales and Service Delivery teams to deliver effective nPoints solutions to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and account expansion within assigned territory
- Manage either: End-User or Channel partners such as system integrators and resellers.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Understand customer/partner background, environment, pain, concern, challenge and requirements, propose nPoints solutions to fulfill customer expectation.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from opportunity identification to forecasting and order fulfilment.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT solution sales, account management, or related roles
- Presales background is an added advantage.
- Proven sales track record in End-User (Government, GLC, FSI, Corporate, Education) and/or Channel Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and PR skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business or IT related field
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
