About The Role

This 6 month internship will be responsible to support scope of work related to Culture, Engagement, Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives undertaken by the T&PS team.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate and maintain regular communications with HR colleagues, gym coordinator, cross-function colleagues, wellbeing partners and vendors.
  • Support on logistics, communication materials and on-site management of vendors during events and workshops.


2. Internal Communications

  • Compile material to develop internal communications materials related to Culture, Engagement, Wellbeing and DEIB initiatives i.e., posters, newsletters, announcements.
  • Support employee communications and maintain updates on internal platforms i.e emails, intranet, newsletter and e-posters.
  • Capture photo, stories and content during events for internal communications.


3. Culture, Engagement and Wellbeing Initiatives

  • Assist in planning, organising and executing local employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Process application for gym membership access request and termination from employees on Workday and coordinate with payroll team on monthly deduction (when applicable).


4. Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Track participation, engagement metrics and feedback from employees across culture, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Prepare report, presentation materials to support updates to stakeholders and leadership. (Monthly Vitality Report, Post-Event Survey)


Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Education – Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline with a minimum of 3.0 CGPA
  • Special skills – Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken);
