Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • Manage both existing sales pipeline and developed new business opportunities
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals


Responsibilities:

1.Financial

  • To promote and market IVCAP products to the distribution channels with the objective of increasing assets under management, revenue and ultimately increasing the company’s market share in the industry.
  • To carry out sales presentations to acquire new customer bases either directly or via distributors
  • To facilitate the distributors in joint field work with potential clients to promote our investment management services


2.Marketing & Business Development Initiatives

  • Number of training days attended or conducted (regulatory and core competencies area as per HR records)
  • Conduct knowledge / training for others within Division
  • To attend and to register for both internal and external training.


3. Customer

  • To communicate any feedback that derived from customers to Head Office for the improvement of customer satisfaction.


4.Internal Business Process

  • To assess and to gather feedback via tracking reports from relevant parties
  • To consistently gather feedback on the business process flow for enhancement of the whole business process to achieve automation
  • To conduct market intelligent or research / studies on market trend and development for improvement of product ideas and innovation.


Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge/Skills/Attributes

  • Degree in finance/ accounting/ economics/ business administration, CFP or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in marketing investment products and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, capital market
