ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst (Entry / Junior), you will support business teams by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources
• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights
• Support basic statistical and quantitative analysis
• Translate data into simple, actionable findings

Reporting & Dashboard Support

• Assist in building dashboards and reports
• Track KPIs and performance metrics
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting summaries
• Support automation of reporting processes where possible
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports

️ Data Management & Quality

• Maintain and update datasets and databases
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Identify and fix data inconsistencies
• Support documentation of data processes
• Assist in improving data workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, product, and marketing teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present findings in a clear and simple way
• Support business improvement initiatives
• Participate in team discussions and projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, IT, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of data analysis concepts
• SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles
