Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our freight forwarding operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating export shipments from booking to cargo departure, ensuring smooth execution, regulatory compliance, and high service standards. Fresh graduates with strong coordination skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate export shipments (Ocean / Air) from booking to cargo departure
  • Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, hauliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill instructions, permits)
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and shipping requirements
  • Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers
  • Track and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into internal systems
  • Coordinate customs clearance and permit applications where required
  • Support billing team with job costing and invoice preparation
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records


Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of freight forwarding / international trade is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
