Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (West)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Welcome and attend to visitors and walk-in guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean, neat, and presentable condition
- Record and maintain accurate visitor logs and related records
- Receive deliveries and sort / distribute incoming mail and documents
- Maintain and update internal contact lists and phone directories
- Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team
- Assist with filing, document handling, data entry, and other general office administration duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an office admin or receptionist role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritise work, and work with minimal supervision
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Punctual with strong attendance and reliability
