Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities
Technical & Engineering Support

  • Support the Electrical Division in basic programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting of home automation and Smart Control systems
  • Assist in backend software configuration and setup for web and mobile-based automation applications and systems
  • Assist Project Engineers in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues for automation systems
  • Support integration and configuration of home automation systems with IoT devices and network infrastructure
  • Assist in basic electrical setup, system panel configuration, and switch layout coordination for automation projects
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
  • Support system testing, commissioning, and handover activities on site

Documentation & Coordination

  • Assist in maintaining technical documentation, system records, and project updates
  • Support coordination with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients during project execution
  • Ensure project documentation and configurations are properly updated within internal systems

Requirements

  • Degree, Diploma or NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems or automation systems preferred
  • Basic programming or software troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Willingness to travel to project sites when required
