Job Description

Stillness Beauty Salon is seeking a passionate and professional Beautician to join our team. We focus on calm, intentional skincare rituals and high-quality beauty services in a relaxing salon environment.

The Beautician will be responsible for delivering professional skincare and beauty treatments while ensuring clients receive attentive and comfortable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and mask application

• Provide body skincare services such as body exfoliation, back aces treatments and skin conditioning

• Perform waxing services for various areas of the body

• Conduct basic skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines

• Prepare treatment rooms, tools and products before each service

• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in treatment areas

• Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed during treatments

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

• Assist in recommending suitable treatments, packages and skincare products

• Follow salon service protocols and maintain consistent treatment quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a beautician or skincare therapist in a beauty salon or spa

• Knowledge of facial treatments, extraction techniques and basic skincare procedures

• Ability to perform waxing services professionally

• Good understanding of different skin types and skincare products

• Customer service oriented with good communication skills

• Professional attitude with strong hygiene awareness

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required

Preferred

• Beauty therapy certification or relevant training

• Experience working in a beauty salon environment
