Description :

• To check all surveying works on construction sites.
• Surveying, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed at various sites
• To verified accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.
• Ensure the correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing. Produce the building setting out plan for site construction.
• Assist, align and compliment Structural & Civil Engineering works.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural), Land Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience in the HDB project
• Prefer a member of SISV
• Experienced in building alignment and setting out checking and replication of alignment and accuracy of all works.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team and also independently.
