Looking for a Café All-Rounder (No Experience Needed / Full Training Provided)

Who We Are

We are an artisanal beverage and modern toast cafe focused on quality and consistency. Our customers order via a self-service kiosk or QR, and our team focuses purely on crafting exceptional food and drinks, friendly communication, and maintaining an impeccable space.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, eager-to-learn individual to become the master of our workflow. No prior café experience is necessary. We will train you in our recipes and SOP. The single most important requirement is a great attitude!

Responsibilities:

• 1. Drink & Toast Mastery: Learn to execute our menu with speed and aesthetic consistency.

• 2. Workflow Champion: Since we use self-ordering kiosks, you will focus on fulfilling orders efficiently. You must be comfortable managing multiple drink and toast tickets simultaneously during a rush.

• 3. Proactive Customer Communication: While you don't take orders, the workspace will be customer-facing. You must be confident communicating professionally with customers as you hand over their orders or whenever is required.

• 4. Cafe Management: Learn all operational tasks, including opening procedures and closing procedures, prep and restock of ingredients, and keeping the space clean on the go.

Requirements:

• A great attitude is mandatory: You must be eager to learn, reliable, and comfortable receiving feedback.

• Proactive & multi-tasking: You are the kind of person who sees a problem (like running low on to-go cups) and fixes it before it becomes an issue.

• Willing to communicate: While not a "waiter" role, you are still in hospitality. You must be comfortable engaging with our customers with a positive demeanor.

• Team player: You must be comfortable working with a small team in a tight space, and be proactive in supporting your coworkers to maintain quality and efficiency.
