Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building Maintenance, Construction, Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in project supervision, maintenance or property operations
• Experience in renovation, construction, flooring installation or venue operations is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge in:

• Air conditioning
• Building maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley

DESIGNER FINISH (M) SDN BHD is seeking a highly responsible, hands-on and detail-oriented Project & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee project execution, maintenance coordination and operational upkeep across the company’s projects and properties throughout the Klang Valley.

This role is suited for an individual with strong technical coordination skills, site discipline, leadership capabilities and a proactive attitude towards maintenance, safety and installation standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining premium operational standards across all assigned projects and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise specialized flooring installation and finishing projects from commencement to completion
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractors and material deliveries
• Monitor project quality, workmanship and compliance with company standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers professionally
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget expectations
• Prepare daily work progress updates and site reports
• Assist management in project planning and operational improvements

Property Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of company-owned venues and facilities
• Coordinate maintenance works involving:
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing systems
• Air conditioning systems
• Lighting systems
• Glass and façade upkeep
• Flooring and building finishes
• Drainage and water leak rectifications
• Perform regular maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance scheduling
• Monitor maintenance response time and follow-up actions
• Coordinate emergency repair works when necessary

Operational & Safety Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational SOPs
• Conduct routine safety and condition checks across all properties
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and machinery
• Monitor contractor workmanship and safety compliance
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and service reports
• Ensure all venues are operationally ready for events and client usage
