Responsibilities
*Seeking for a Settlements Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company*
THE COMPANY
Entrenched within their specialized markets, this company seeks to exceptionally push their own boundaries. Currently, they are currently seeking for a Settlements Executive to be part of the Operations team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Settlement, reconciliation and creation of invoices for both paper and physical commodities for Receivables and payables
- Solve any invoicing issues
- Work closely with other relevant departments
- Ensure invoices' due date and pricing are accurate
- Involve in any projects relating to settlements function
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in International Finance/International Shipping/Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company
- Knowledge of shipping terms/Incoterms and physical trading Contract terms
- Organized, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills
